CALAMARS A LA ROMANA


ORIGEN: ROMA



INGREDIENTS:
• squid
• flour
• egg
• sparkling water (or beer)
• oil
• salt
• (coloring if you wish to remain very yellow)

Preparation:

Wash the squids very clean (turning them inside out) and cut in slices.
They dry with paper towels, and cover them are salted flour.
With the egg, flour and sparkling water (or beer) is a paste (not too thick nor too liquid).
You pass tipped with squid paste and fry in a pan with hot oil. (Be careful what many oil and red sprinkles a few significant burns).
